Telemed Appointments:
Please call 515-223-8622 to schedule a Telemed visit and specify Telemed as the type of appointment you are requesting. You will need to have working smart phone or tablet with a front camera, or a laptop with a working microphone and a camera, and it is recommended to use the Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.

Please wait for your provider to start the conversation with you if the meeting does not start right away. If the Telemed connection fails and we can not establish a connection within 10 minutes, then we can convert to a phone visit and the provider will call you.
