Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

Due to the continued community spread of COVID-19, we have implemented several procedures at the Allergy Institute to help keep you and our staff members safe.

  1. Patient Appointments: All office visits will be conducted via phone or telehealth. We are able to see you via one of these methods regardless if you are a new or established patient. If you are uncomfortable with conducting your visit via one of these platforms, you are welcome to re-schedule your appointment.

  2. Allergy shots and biologic injections: When you arrive at the clinic to receive your shot or injection please stay in your car. Call the office to let the staff know you are here. They will get your shots or injection ready and then they will call you on your phone to let you know you can enter the clinic. Please enter through the blue side door to the north (nearest Hibachi Grill), receive your injection and then go back to your car to wait. If you feel you are having a reaction, please call the clinic and we will send a nurse out to your car.

  3. Please know that we DO NOT have the capability of testing for Covid-19 at our facility. If you feel you are having symptoms of Covid-19, please do not come to our clinic. Call your pcp or the covid-19 hotline (211) for further assistance.
