Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
Clinic update due to COVID -19
We have implemented several protocol changes to help keep patients and staff safe and healthy.
Patients appointments information:
We are still offering telehealth visits. If you are considered high risk for coronavirus complications or are following up on an issue that does not require face to face interaction in the office, we strongly encourage you to use our telehealth option. Steps to log on to the telehealth portal are on our website under the telehealth link. If you are unable to access telehealth, you can also schedule a phone call appointment to speak with a provider over the phone.
Those that are coming into the clinic for an appointment, we ask that when you arrive at the clinic, you wait in your car and call the clinic to let us know you are here. We will give you further instructions at this point.
With an ongoing focus for safety of patients and staff, we are asking all patients to please arrive at their appointment with a mask or face covering over mouth and nose. This must be worn at all times while in the facility.
We ask that a minor be accompanied by only 1 adult. We ask that adult patients come alone to their appointment to decrease the amount of people in the room.
Allergy/biologic Shots information:
When coming to get your allergy/biologic shots in the clinic, we ask you call the office to let us know you are here for allergy shots. We ask you to remain in your car while we prepare your allergy injections. When we are ready we will give you a call to let you to enter the clinic. Please enter through the blue door on the north side of the building (nearest Hibachi Grill).
We are asking all patients to please arrive for your allergy/biologic injection with a mask or face covering over mouth and nose. This must be worn at all times while in the facility.
Once you have received your injection(s), we ask you to wait in your car. If you feel at any time that you may be having a reaction, please call the clinic and we will send out a nurse to your car.
We DO NOT have the capability of testing for COVID-19 at our facility. If you feel you are having symptoms, please do not come to our clinic. Call your primary care provider or the COVID-19 hotline (211) for further assistance.
